Woman who conned Irish police now on charges in Australia

In 2013 she cost the Irish government hundreds of thousands of dollars after showing up in central Dublin, duping authorities into believing she was a teenage sex trafficking victim from Eastern Europe. Initially officers believed she was aged 14 to 16. They later confirmed she was actually 25 years old. The woman is believed to have up to 40 different aliases and is now appearing in an Australian court. An international conwoman with a history of inventing bizarre identities will admit creating a fake au pair persona to dupe Victorian couples. Samantha Lyndell Azzopardi will plead guilty to taking several children after lying to their parents about being a qualified au pair in her latest fraud. The 32-year-old conned several families into believing she was a nanny named Harper Hernandez and took off when one couple became suspicious.
