Wife of Irish man, Richard O'Halloran, detained in China speaks out

Tara O’Halloran has spoken out to plead for assistance from the Irish Government and community to secure the release of her husband Richard who is being held in China. Richard O’Halloran (45), a father of four from Foxrock in Dublin, was prevented from leaving China in February 2019 after the company he worked for fell afoul of the Chinese authorities, though no allegation has ever been levelled against him.
