Westminster Dog of Year winner announced

The winner of the Westminster Dog of the Year was announced at Victoria Tower Gardens on Thursday. Vivienne, a French bulldog which belonged to Sir David Amess, was the winner and the event paid tribute to the late Sir David, who regularly took part in the competition. Owen Sharp, the CEO of Dogs Trust held a one minute silence to remember Sir David and his work for animals.
