Julius Caesar the loggerhead turtle, known as JC by friends, was found on a Donegal beach by a family in 2019. The covid restrictions have delayed his reunion with warmer climes. But he finally made it back to the Canary Islands this week, thanks to Aer Lingus, and took to the water quickly.
