Universities minister: Nothing is off the table when it comes to EU negotiations over NI

Universities minister Michelle Donelan says "nothing is off the table" when it comes to the UK Government trying to negotiate with the EU to resolve things in Northern Ireland. Fresh Assembly elections returned an historic result at the weekend with Sinn Fein overtaking the DUP to become the first nationalist or republican party to emerge top at Stormont.
