Taliban spokesperson: West has moral obligation to help reconstruct Afghanistan

Taliban spokesperson, Suhail Shaheen, said on Tuesday that the United Kingdom and its western allies have a "moral obligation" to "help reconstruct Afghanistan". The Taliban have insisted their fighters would not enter people's homes or businesses, but there have been reports of revenge killings and other brutalities in the areas they have taken over.
