Richard Grogan became popular on TikTok after uploading a series of videos on employment law.

Recently the solicitor/vlogger has warned TikTok users of fake accounts impersonating him.

"If you see any of these accounts always go into them and see if there's a few videos," Richard Grogan says.

"If there's no video of me saying: 'That's the law, that's a fact', you can take it that this is some low-life that has set up his own account to try and mislead people."

Mr Grogan goes on to warn users of some of these accounts selling "questionable policies or 'insurance products'".

"To all of those out there who are trying to rip me off by using my photograph and pretending to be me; it's actually a criminal offence and I'm going to report you to An Garda Síochána."
