Smelly toxic foam covers streets in Colombia

A huge layer of smelly foam floats through the streets of Mosquera, a suburb of the Colombian capital Bogotá. The foam covers houses, blocks access roads and is, above all, highly toxic. The toxic foam comes from a nearby polluted river. Authorities recommend staying clear of the foam.
