Salon owner arrested after reopening despite garda warnings
The owner of a north Dublin salon has been arrested after reopening to customers yesterday and today despite Level 5 restrictions.
Christine McTiernan's daughter, Nicole Balch, told of how around 20 gardai arrived at the salon to arrest her mother this morning.
