Regional govt building in Kharkiv on fire

Russian missiles continued to bombard residential areas and administrative buildings in Ukraine's second largest city on Wednesday, according to the country's ministry of defence. Footage released by Ukraine's ministry of emergency situations showed the regional headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Kharkiv in flames, while firefighters attempt to put out the fire.
