Phenomenon known as 'ultra-local rain shower' caught on camera

One car got soaked, while the rest of them were dry. “For a moment I thought someone was spraying the car from above,” Uryan said. “But the water actually came from the sky. It rained." Riana thus became an eyewitness to an extremely rare natural phenomenon: an ultra-local rain shower. The last time this bizarre phenomenon was recorded was in Palermo, Italy in 2016.
