Nato's relationship with Russia has fundamentally changed, says Stoltenberg

Nato secretary general Jens Stoltenberg says meaningful dialogue with Russia is no longer an option, as the latter has left various agreements facilitating bilateral conversation. He adds that new strategic concepts will be discussed and agreed upon at the upcoming Nato conference in Madrid.
