Joe Biden: World is united in the face of Russian aggression

A day after delivering his State of the Union address, President Joe Biden underscored his commitment to the Ukrainian people and to US allies and hailed world unity in the face of Russian aggression. Speaking at the University of Wisconsin, Mr Biden said Russian president Vladimir Putin thought he could divide the US at home and from its Nato allies but said "he was wrong".
