James Cleverly calls Russia's opening of humanitarian corridors for Ukraine refugees 'cynical'
Europe Minister James Cleverly said Russia’s latest offer of a ceasefire and an escape route for civilians was “cynical beyond belief”. Russia has announced a ceasefire and the opening of humanitarian corridors in several areas of Ukraine despite its armed forces continuing to attack cities. It came a day after Ukrainian civilians attempting to flee faced renewed Russian shelling.
