Incredible moment a man risks own life to save toddler dangling from 8th floor window

A man is hailed as a hero in Kazakhstan after he saves the life of a three-year-old toddler. At the risk of his own life, he was able to save the girl who was hanging from the window, eight stories high. The child was alone at home and clambered out of the window while playing. The man was awarded a medal for his bravery.
