Evacuation flight from Afghanistan lands in UK

RAF Voyager lands at RAF Brize Norton in Oxfordshire carrying some 250 passengers from Kabul who have exited the country amid the Taliban's resurgence. Evacuations are continuing amid chaotic scenes at Kabul airport, in the final days before foreign troops leave Afghanistan, with Defence Secretary Ben Wallace reportedly telling MPs Afghans seeking asylum in the UK would now be better off heading to the country's borders than to the airport.
