28-year-old Amy Pohl had been waiting to see her beloved pooch for 18 months. The video shows the moment her dog recognises her calls, before rushing over to her in a fit of excitement.
The British primary school teacher is currently living in a medical facility for treatment of complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), and was given the early birthday present of a visit from her beloved pet.
