Child pulled from Miami building wreckage as rescue efforts continue

Video emerges showing a small child being pulled from the wreckage of a collapsed apartment building in Miami, Florida, a wing of which gave way early on Thursday morning. One person is confirmed dead and up to 100 are unaccounted for. Rescue efforts are continuing with dogs and specialist equipment deployed in the hunt for survivors.
