David Gandy drops his latest Marks & Spencer collection
David Gandy has unveiled his latest loungewear collection for British retailer Marks & Spencer.
Like fellow British model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Gandy has become an M&S staple, designing and modelling a range of T-shirts, dressing gowns and pyjama-style bottoms for the brand’s Autograph line.
His spring 17 offerings also include a stretch hoodie and a number of shorts, with the 11-piece line dropping on Thursday (16Mar17), a day before World Sleep Day.
“My favourite items from the range are the hoodie and sateen long pant, as they are perfect for relaxing inside, but just as good as layering pieces for travelling, a quick trip to the coffee shop, or going to and from the gym,” David said of the range, reports Mirror Online.
Prices range from $27.50 (£22.50) to $55 (£45), with the V-neck T-shirts and shorts now using super soft MicroModal fabric.
Showing off his gym honed body in the campaign photos, 37-year-old Gandy shared that he likes to wear his own pieces when he works out.
"I find the gym relaxing, it is my time to switch off my phone and get away from everything for an hour,” he said. “I have increasingly started to wear my loungewear to the gym, especially the new MicroModal T-shirts, as they are super soft, flexible to your body whilst also regulating body temperature. They also work well to adjust to temperatures on a plane, and guarantee me a good few hours’ sleep."
Gandy first joined forces with Marks & Spencer in 2014.
