Donal Skehan was one of many stars evacuated from ITV Studios in London today due to a “bomb scare.”

The TV chef was making an appearance on This Morning earlier today to show hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby how to make his no-bake raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake bars.

But just as he finished filming his segment, everyone inside the Television Centre had to be evacuated from the building following a security alert.

Sharing some videos of the frantic crowd to his Instagram Stories, Donal said: “Slightly scary stuff – we've just been evacuated due to a bomb scare at the studios!

“Holy moly literally just finished the recipe and the entire building was evacuated!”

The father-of-two reassured his followers that everything was “all fine” and even shared a post speaking about the incident in more detail.

Captioning a photo of him posing with his freshly made cheesecake bars on set, Donal wrote: “Bloody heck that was an eventful morning in London!

“Just finished making raspberry cheesecake bars on @thismorning and Phil & Holly went to an ad break before we got told there was a bomb scare and the whole studio and television center building had to evacuate.

“Roads and tube stations were closed, scary stuff! Thankfully everything all clear now, grateful to all the staff and team at @itv who got everyone out safely.”

According to MailOnline, staff were evacuated from ITV studios after police were alerted to a suspicious item at Wood Lane in the White City area of London.

The station was forced to pull the rest of This Morning’s live episode during an ad break and cancelled the upcoming scheduled episode of Loose Women.
