South Park fans are eagerly waiting for the next season of the hit show following Butters Stotch’s St Patrick’s Day disaster.

The popular character found himself condemned as a sexual predator in the Season 25 finale festivities, after he engaged in the age-old tradition of pinching anyone not wearing green.

Butters got carried away and ended up pinching Kelly-Ann even though she was wearing green socks, resulting in him being thrown into South Park jail and vilified as some kind of monster in the #MeToo era.

When Butters’ lawyer asked him to also show her what happened, she ended up slapping him a few times, because she felt sexually harassed too.

In a bizarre twist, Tegridy Farms' Randy Marsh was also jailed after he went to war with Credigree Weed.

Randy managed to break out after being powered up by his marijuana and the ghost of St Patrick, but when Butters slipped out, the police chased him for what they deemed sexual assault.

Butters was branded the "new Harvey Weinstein" on the block, and was eventually recaptured.

No one listened to him when he proclaimed his innocence, or when he was trying to educate them on how St Patrick's Christianity healed Ireland in his eyes.

The socially awkward kid who had always approached people with trepidation, was turned into a villain when he tried to spread fun and cheer for one holiday occasion.

It was just the latest predicament for poor Butters, who has repeatedly suffered physical and mental abuse at the hands of Eric Cartman.

On one occasion Cartman trapped Butters in a bunker and made him think society had been destroyed just to steal his invitation to Kyle's birthday party.

Butters was left hungry, dehydrated and near death, rueing how he let comrades take advantage of him.

Now, fans are awaiting his return in Season 6 when the usually soft-spoken and timid Butters transforms into his Professor Chaos persona who will likely destroy the snowy Colorado town out of revenge for all the times he's been wronged.
