The sun is about to set on another summer of love as the winners of Love Island 2021 will be crowned tonight.

After eight weeks of coupling up and "moving mad", one of the four final couples – Chloe and Toby, Millie and Liam, Kaz and Tyler, and Faye and Teddy - will bag the £50,000 cash prize and decide whether to split their winnings with their partner or keep it to themselves.

UK viewers will be able to vote for their favourite couple during tonight’s show before the winners are announced.

But first, we will see the Islanders wake up in the villa for the final time together when Toby receives a text telling the gang to prepare for the Love Island 2021 Summer Ball with some salsa lessons.

After a crash course in ballroom dancing, the girls head out of the villa for a spa day where they begin to write declarations of love for their partners.

At the Summer Ball, the boys suit up and the girls don their best dresses as each Islander reads out a speech for their other half.

Liam – whose relationship with Millie has had its ups and downs – reads: “Laying next to you made me forget that I was in bed but almost made me feel like I was floating on a cloud floating high up in the skies.

“As our journey nears the end, I look back and love every minute of it. We now have a new journey to venture into - life outside the villa,” he adds.

Reading his declaration to Faye, Teddy says: “Ever since the beginning you’ve kept me on my toes. You’ve been a beautiful pain in my arse but I wouldn’t change it for the world.”

Tyler delivers his speech to Kaz, saying: “My fair lady, cast your mind back to the moment I entered the villa. You were so warm and welcoming and genuinely had a pure aura about you.

“I am yours Kaz, and I’ve always been yours.”

Toby tells Chloe: “I’m not the best with words but for you Chlo, I’m willing to try. While I read this declaration of love with those piercing blue eyes watching me, I know that if I look up, I might lose all composure.”

The Love Island 2021 final airs tonight at 9pm on Virgin Media One and Virgin Media Player.
