Vogue Williams has expressed delight with her first ever 15km "date" guided by expert coaching from hubbie Spencer Matthews.

The absolute delight on my face!” the Howth native exclaimed in a new Instagram post.

“I did my first ever 15k with coaching from @spencermatthews , I can’t believe I was able to do it! I mean I’m currently glued to my couch and strangely my tush and lower back hurts more than my legs...”

Vogue further explained how running has “sort of become our date,” as “the last three Saturdays we’ve been able to get out on our own and run, it’s been lovely...”

The healthy update from the couple marks a dramatic sea change in their home after “sickness overcame their household”.

Earlier this week Vogue revealed how her entire family had been sick and that while it was tough on all of them, her daughter had been badly affected.

The model explained that it happened on Mother's Day and she wasn't feeling great all week.

She said: "We have had a sickness overcome our household this week.

"Honestly it happened on Mother's Day and I was really sick Mother's Day two years ago and you feel so sick yourself and having to look after kids as well.

"Theodore actually I think is the culprit I recon he brought it home from nursery."

Vogue explained that Gigi couldn't sleep and she had to hold her hand on her tummy all night.

She explained: "Gigi it's her first time being sick and she was in bed with us three or four nights waking up constantly.

"Every time I took my hand off her tummy she would wake up and then I would have to get my pregnancy pillow out and have her lying beside me and I would have to lean my arm on that.

"So it hasn't been amazing but today we're feeling better and Gigi's better she's starting to drink her milk again, it's nice."
