Vogue Williams has officially asked her best friend Joanne McNally to be her unborn baby’s godmother.
The Irish model and television presenter is currently expecting her third child with husband Spencer Matthews, and the couple want Joanne to be involved in their baby’s life.
Vogue popped the question to the comedian on a recent episode of their podcast, My Therapist Ghosted Me, saying: “I have a question for you actually. You know the way Gigi doesn’t really like you, and Theodore’s a bit old now, and that was really pre-Joanne…
“Spenny and I have decided that we’re going to ask you… to be godmother to this one!”
Absolutely delighted, Joanne replied: “Yes, I’d love to! Oh my god, I’d be absolutely honoured!”
Vogue joked: “What if this one doesn’t like you?” but Joanne promised that she would “make sure to bond with it.”
Last month, Vogue announced that she was pregnant with her third child. She and Spencer are already parents to Theodore (3) and Gigi (1).

Speaking about the exciting news, the Howth native said that she was excited about her new arrival as she wants all her children to be as close to each other as she is with her sister Amber.
“It'll be the more the merrier. Theodore and Gigi absolutely love each other, they're always playing together,” she told Hello! magazine.
“My sister Amber is my best friend and I want the three of them to be best mates.”
Made in Chelsea star Spencer added that he was surprised they fell pregnant so quickly.
He said: “We'd been trying, but I never expected it to happen as easily as it did. We're very lucky. We're very fortunate to be so close and happy together and it's a special thing to be able to grow our family.”
