Una Healy has been enjoying a sunny day out at the beach with singer/songwriter Emmett Daly.

The Saturdays singer and the talented Limerick LGBT+ musician have shared pictures on each of their Instagram pages of them smiling in the sun and taking a dip with Dublin's Poolbeg chimneys in the background.

Una captioned her pic simply, “Peace out” while Emmett wrote under his..”First time of probably not many, in the Irish Sea with @unahealy”.

Emmett, who reached the semi-finals on the Voice of Ireland 2016, officially released his first single called Bodies on Sunday, July 21.

Una, meanwhile, was recently described as a “rockstar” by her kids’ stepmother after they were blocked from entering the US to visit their father Ben Foden.

Ben's wife Jackie Smith Foden, flew from New York to Dublin to collect Aoife Belle (9) and Tadhg (6) to bring them to the US.

Rugby player Ben is currently unable to travel as he is not allowed to leave the States until his Green Card is processed after marrying American Jackie.

But when Jackie arrived in Dublin Airport to pick the kids up, their tickets were blocked by immigration due to current Covid travel restrictions.

Jackie, who shares daughter Farrah with Ben, explained the incident in a lengthy statement on her Instagram account, saying: “For anyone who asks why my two stepbabies are not with us this summer… here’s the nightmare we’re currently living.

“I currently just spent the past month organizing their trips over to the US – getting tickets booked, hours on the phone with Aer Lingus making sure their stepmother can bring them over (immediate family can travel to US. By definition, children by marriage are immediate) booking their ESTAs etc.

“I take the red eye to Dublin last night. When I checked in at JKF, the attendants checked on the kids' return flights. Everyone was made aware of my plans to turn right back around with stepkids. Flights were all normal looking.

“I pick them up in Dublin today, only to have their tickets blocked by immigration.”

Jackie continued saying that the only option would be to fly to Turkey or Mexico, quarantine for 14 days, and then fly back to America.

“Having to break these poor babies’ hearts, who had their hopes up for a fun summer with their dad and sister. We’re all not okay right now.

“Una was a rockstar with them. They were on the phone with their dad, Both Una and he calmed them down. I am very much not okay and am a completely [sic] mess.

“We will be filing for emergency travel for Ben and probably be spending the rest of the summer in England/Ireland when Ben’s rugby season is done,” she added.
