Beauty entrepreneur Suzanne Jackson has flown back to Portugal to pack up her belongings after planning to relocate to Algarve for the summer months.

The SOSU by Suzanne Jackson founder shocked her followers when she announced in May that she and her husband Dylan O’Connor were moving to Portugal part-time, leaving their luxurious Malahide mansion behind.

In a statement at the time, she said: “I wanted to let you all know that myself and Dylan have decided to go ahead with our decision to relocate to Portugal.”

“We have taken all the necessary precautions to get here safely and will continue to follow Portuguese COVID guidelines & restrictions while we reside here.”

Suzanne added the pair hope to live in Portugal for “a couple of months of the year” and then spending the rest of their time in Ireland.

“It is looking very exciting for myself and Dylan to be out here for potentially six months of the year, six months of the year in Ireland. That’s what we’re looking at.

“We haven’t decided on the exact length of time. But we’re definitely here for the rest of the summer.”

The couple had plans to move their dogs Coco, Harper, and Pixie over to Portugal with them.

However, their plans were interrupted in June when Coco became unwell back in Ireland. Suzanne flew home immediately and has remained in Dublin since.

Now the businesswoman is back in Portugal, but only to pack up her belongings with sights set on coming home.

She shared a snap by the pool in the sun with the caption: “It’s good to be back.”

Earlier this week, Suzanne revealed that they would no longer be going forward with the move as they didn’t feel Coco was strong enough for the journey.

The 36-year-old said that she and Dylan have cancelled the lease for their second rental property and have decided to stay in Dublin.
