Singer Una Healy shows off toned abs in post-workout Instagram snaps

The singer and former member of The Saturdays took to Instagram this afternoon after smashing a Sunday gym session.

The mum-of-two looked fantastic as she posed for a selfie in her workout gear, gloves, and a pair of headphones.

She revealed that she had just completed an extensive ab workout and showed off her incredible obliques in a cropped hoodie.

Fans and followers flocked to the comments section to compliment the 40-year-old on her impressive physique.

Una’s athletic snap comes after her ex-husband Ben Foden admitted he put her through a “stressful time” when he cheated on her and ended their marriage of six years in 2018.

The former couple share two children together, Aoife (9) and Tadhg (6), who now live with their mum in her native Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Rugby star Ben married his wife Jackie Belanoff-Smith the day his divorce from Una was finalised, and the pair welcomed daughter Farrah soon after.

The 36-year-old recently spoke about his split from Una and said that he’s happy his former flame is doing well.

“Over time it seems like we’re getting better — Una and my relationship is getting better and Jackie’s relationship as well,” he said.

“Una’s a smart woman. She can be disappointed in me, but she knows we have two kids together and our main job as human beings on this planet now is to raise these two kids and hopefully turn them into beautiful people when they get older.”

Continuing, he said: “To be honest, the way things happened and the things I put Una through were pretty stressful at the time.

“I’m happy that things are getting back on track and Una’s happy at work and she’s happy in Ireland with her family. She’s happy in her life as well.”
