The Hike Life founder has now shared a reel to her Instagram in which she shared various snaps of her envy-inducing lifestyle.
These included one of her posing outside her front door, on top of a stand up paddleboard, and with boyfriend Zach Desmond.
But, in her reel, Roz begins: " 'A picture paints a thousand words’, well it doesn’t. It’s bullsh*t, especially over here on Instagram.
"This is the story behind the picture."
The first photo was one of Roz posing in front of her door, but her face is turned away from the camera.
"I’m not looking at the camera because I was crying all day," she explains.

"It was probably one of the worst days I’ve had. My eyes were so bloodshot and red. I was in my pyjamas all day in a dark room but I put this outfit on just to take that photo."
The former Miss Universe Ireland is then pictured on top of a SUP board wearing a bright pink swimsuit.
‘I got here early to get this photo in a little skimpy swimsuit because clearly I’m in Ireland — I’m going to be wearing a full on winter wetsuit,’ she continued.
The third and final photo was of her and Zach looking radiant on a beach with Roz cracking a slight smile.
"Killing each other before and after this photo was taken,’ she laughs.
Roz recently shared some sea side snaps as well as a snap from inside a hotel she stayed in during the summer.
The full post from Roz said: "It’s been a while. Ah sure look we all know by now it’s all smokes and mirrors.
"Behind every photo you see is about 50 in between shots, a patient friend and a filter.
"Also a picture does not say thousands words you’ve no idea if that person is actually having the time of their life or not, good or bad day.
"If we go into 2021 taking this place with a pinch of salt it’ll surely help while we’re stuck inside scrolling."
Fans and friends of Roz have flooded her Instagram comment section with love for the post as they praised her for her honesty.
Follower Cindy commented saying: "Brilliant, so honest. You are an inspiration to all young girls growing up in this s**t fake world."
Mark said: "Brilliant, but also a very good point, you don’t know how a person is behind an image. Love your content."
Sheena gushed: "Think I prefer the bloopers, you're amazing Roz."
While Laura also commented saying: "Love this- thank you for doing it."
