Restaurant goes viral after mistaking customer for Bono
"You never know who you’ll run into at the Monkey Bar!"
A restaurant in the United States has gone viral after they mistook a customer for Irish rocker Bono.
A shopping centre in Dallas, Texas shared a snap tagging restaurant Mi Cocina with the caption:
“You never know who you’ll run into at the Monkey Bar! We hope you enjoyed your time Mi Cocina, Bono. Cheers!”
The picture shows a man and a woman from the restaurant posing with a man who looks like the U2 front man.
“Not to bring anyone down, but are we sure that is really Bono and not a look-a-like?” one person asked in the comments adding: “I don't know if it's him. He has some deep wrinkles on his forehead and face but maybe the lighting of the photo washed them out.”
“I do hope it is though as that would be awesome to meet the legend. Why is he in town?”

Another said: “He’s an Imposter I met him in 2014 at watermark church. That is so obviously not him.”
“Well he never said he wasn’t Bono,” joked another.
While fans agree it is not Bono, some believe the man in the image is Pavel Sfera, a famous Bono lookalike.
Pavel Sfera has been impersonating the rockstar for almost thirty years and has even stepped in as a body double for the man himself.
He also performs in a U2 tribute band named ‘Desire’.
