Despite the rumours of romance between the pair heating up, Missy said she is single.
“I’m single, a single gal.”
“I’m open to anything, I’m a very go with the flow kind of person, I think the world works in mysterious ways.”
“Right now I’m single and I’m enjoying being single and focusing on my career and the show.”
“There’s not really room for a boyfriend right now, but that doesn’t mean I wouldn’t love one,” she admitted.
After missing last week's show due to Covid, the Dubliner said that the pair have a very special routine planned for this weekend.
“We have a very special birthday dance planned,” she told sundayworld.com
“I am dancing my favourite dance, the Charleston, always my favourite to watch, so i’m really glad.”
“They gave it to me on the perfect weekend with the perfect party song, we’re dancing to Out Out by Charli XCX and we have some really cute birthday moments incorporated in with the dance, so it’s going to be really special,” she added.
“We did nine hours of rehearsal on Thursday for this dance, and that has been the last few days we’re just trying to give it everything; there's twists and ducks and jumps, and it’s going to be a crazy number if we can pull it off.”
“It’ll be one to remember for the birthday weekend.”
To celebrate her milestone birthday, the eldest daughter of Ronan Keating and ex-wife Yvonne Connolly is set to host a massive party with friends and family after Sunday night’s show.
“I have a super fun night planned. I’m going to my favourite bar and I’ve got a really fun party planned, and my dad’s flying in.”
“It will be a night to remember. I didn’t get to celebrate my birthday last year so this has been in the planning for a while.”
Celebrating his daughter’s special day, Ronan shared an adorable tribute on Instagram.
“Happy Birthday to my Missy Moo. This picture says it all,” he said.
“We laugh Moo, all the time. My family are my world, my kids are me. I am so bloody proud of you, sweetheart. You walk into a room and the place lights up. You are my sunshine. I cannot believe you are 21, the years have flown,” he said.
“But you have blossomed into everything I could ever want in a daughter and more. Storm and I love you with all our hearts.”
“We know you are ready for the world now Moo, I just don’t think the world is ready for Missy,” he added.
“Love ya sweetheart.”
Missy replied: “Awww dad, thank you. Thank you for everything. You've made me who I am today. Forever grateful for everything you do for me. You're my rock, I couldn't do it without you. Love you endlessly.”
Her mother Yvonne also shared an adorable post.
“Happy Birthday Missy Moo. 21!!!! So proud of you,” she captioned a snap of Missy, whose full name is Marie, as a young girl.
“Aww thank you so much mom! Love you, my fav baba photo!” Missy responded.
