Baby on board Laura Whitmore shares first glimpse of bump after revealing baby news
Laura Whitmore has revealed the first images of her baby bump after revealing she is expecting her first child.
The pregnant TV star finally confirmed the big news only yesterday after posting a cryptic tweet that read: ‘Little thought of the day... If and when I ever have personal news I want to share, I will be the one to share it.’
Some fans took this to be in reference to widespread reports that the Bray native had ‘secretly’ married her Scottish boyfriend Iain Stirling, but it later emerged that she had other news to share.
Later that afternoon in a jokey post she said it was starting to look like her “beer belly is out of control".
Sharing a picture of a Sweet Child Of Mine Guns 'N Roses babygro, with the words 'coming 2021', she wrote: "So I've always tried to be protective over the personal side of my life. A lot of things are just for me and my loved ones and we’ve chosen not to share publicly.

"However I want to now share good news as it’s our news to share - and I’m gonna be honest it’s starting to look like my lock down beer belly is out of control. Iain and I are expecting a baby early 2021."
Today, she revealed her “beer belly” for the first time. Saying she "felt very protective" of her bump, she shared the image showing her pregnant figure with Hunger Magazine.
"I found the first three months really hard because I was very sick and nauseous,” she admitted. “There were a few times on live radio where I actually got physically sick during the show. I had one guest in the studio and to this day she still doesn’t know that I’m pregnant, and I think she just thought I was hungover.
"I had to run out of the studio and she had to ask herself her own question live on air because I had disappeared! I can’t even describe it because every week is so different. "
And Laura revealed that she found herself receiving plenty of advice.
She said: "One thing I’ve learned is that everyone has an opinion: what you should be doing, or how you should be feeling."
It has been reported that Laura (35) and Iain (32) had quietly tied the knot in a humanist ceremony at Dublin's City hall on November 11.
They're said to have married in front of 25 guests, the maximum allowed under the level five rules at the time.
