The Love Island presenter, who lives in London with her co-star Iain Sterling, has turned to the DIY gods in the current Covid-19 climate.
This week she revealed that she is already prepared for Halloween at the end of this month.
The Wicklow native took to Instagram to show off her London pad complete with pumpkins and accessories as she got into the Halloween spirit.
However, in her back garden, Laura revealed it is a spirit of a different kind that is getting her attention.
Speaking on her Castaway Podcast she said: “I went out today and bought some wallpaper which we are turning into a bar.
“Because you can put tools into the shed, but you know what would be better?
“You can put those tools somewhere else and you can just put a bar in the shed.
“So, I have just bought wallpaper for the shed. I don’t think I have ever used a pitch-fork to be honest, but I have had a beer.”
The Radio 5 host also admitted that she is starting to become quite comfortable stuck at home in her London pad.
And she quipped that she feels that she is no starting to suffer from “lock-holm syndrome”, thanks to the coronavirus.
“I think this is the longest I have ever been in my own house in one go,” she added.
“I don’t think I have ever been in the one house or bed for one month, let alone for four months.”
“I have had a few friends ask me over for a BBQ and I have said no, because I have done one already this week and I couldn't possibly do more than that.”
