Kathryn Thomas has shared an adorable snap of her seven week old daughter Grace.

Taking to social media the mum of two posted a picture of her bundle of joy taking a nap.

“Afternoon naps for the win,” she captured the image, which showed the little girl wearing an adorable pink striped sleep suit embroidered with the words “Sweet Baby Grace.”

Kathryn’s friends and followers flocked to the comments to express their admiration for the little one.

“Gorgeous little girl. Congrats to you both,” wrote one person.

“Image of her big sister! Congratulations to you and your family,” added another.

“Such a beauty like her momma and big sis,” another person commented.

Meanwhile Sile Seoige simply wrote: “Gorgeous Grace.”

Kathryn welcomed baby Grace with husband Padraig McLaughlin on October 26th.

Earlier this month, the mother of two posted adorable pictures of her two girls snuggling together.

“One month old already little Grace, where has the time has gone,” the post began.

“She has filled our house and our hearts with a love I can’t even describe. The little mite has been quite sick the last week but thankfully looks like she’s on the mend."

“And in the midst of all the worry, late night cluster feeds, breast pumps, leaky boobs, giant knickers, cold coffees, heightened emotions and everything else that comes post baby, I wonder if life will ever return to something resembling normal??” she said.

“All I know is that the ferocious love and protection you feel for your little ones overrides physical exhaustion every time.”

“Honestly, when I was pregnant, I would often lie awake at night and wonder how I could possibly love another child the same way when the intense love you feel for your first is so all consuming. But you do and seamlessly, the heart just expands and makes room for more.”

As a lover of travelling, pregnancy did not phase Kathryn as filmed her RTE show No Place Like Home earlier this year.

The TV presenter travelled the country in a camper van to help showcase the best of Ireland for those who plan to take staycations.

She was joined by daughter Ellie, who sat up front with her mum as she drove from Malin Head to Mizen Head.

“I was gone for the whole of July and Ellie was with me for the first and last weeks so she was there in Donegal and West Cork,” she told The Sunday World.

“She had such a ball last year when she was two but she was much more malleable and much more easily distracted back then because when we have to move, we have to move.”

“She’s at an age now where I just felt it was going to be too much for her and too much time away from her childminder and all of her mates.

“So she was away with us for the two weeks and then I flew solo for two weeks.”

Kathryn said one of the biggest joys about being a mother was seeing her baby turn into a little person.

“Motherhood is what I expected and more. Every day they just have you in stitches.”

“It is hard and it is tiring and there are days you look back at photos of yourself on a beach in Thailand with a backpack and the sun on your face and you go, ‘Where is that person?’ Or when you’re unpacking from the shops or putting the laundry on for the 20th time that day.”

“But the best part is the joy they give you and their curiosity. They’re learning and making observations. I could just hang out with her all day. She’s never boring,” Kathryn gushed.

“She can be annoying and testing, for sure, but mostly I’m just amazed by her little brain. To see her play and to see her learning is such a privilege.”

“I really relish and look forward to educating her and bringing her up the right way and I see already she is inquisitive about the world and what’s going on and that’s exciting.”
