UFC star Conor McGregor's fiancée Dee Devlin has declared her love for her Dublin “babe” in a sweet Instagram post.

Dee posted a loving picture of the couple, together with the caption: “You have created magic babe, I am in awe of you.”

It follows a series of pictures posted by The Notorious from a night out he enjoyed with Dee and mother Margaret as they celebrated the easing of Covid-19 restrictions in his Black Forge Inn in Dublin 12.

Sharing a number of photos on Instagram, McGregor simply wrote: "Ah yes."

The former two-weight champion was pictured with his mum in one snap and sharing a kiss with his fiancée in another.

McGregor also posted photos of himself laughing, commenting: "Own it and run it baby. Who ya talkin to?"

The Dubliner is currently recovering from the broken leg he suffered in his trilogy fight with Dustin Poirier last summer and is expected to return to the Octagon later this year.

Meanwhile, Justin Gaethje who has been asked about the prospect of McGregor’s return has dismissed the Dubliner as "irrelevant."

When he was recently asked about it by BT Sport 'The Highlight' replied: “I don’t know, I don’t even want to talk about it. The only reason why it’s almost [an issue] is because you guys keep asking about it, you guys keep talking about it.

“You’re really just doing your job and it’s just to create a story. He’s irrelevant right now. He’s got a broken leg and with that question, you have to question the integrity.

"You as a journalist have to stand behind it and you know that it should never happen and you should do everything to keep it from happening.”
