Conor McGregor attends James Arthur concert as VIP before hosting the singer at Crumlin boozer

Conor McGregor attended James Arthur’s concert at the Olympia theatre as a VIP guest before he invited the former X-Factor singer back to his Crumlin boozer for an after party.

The MMA star took to Instagram to share videos and pictures from the occasion.

One video shows gig goers screaming with delight at McGregor’s presence in the VIP stand at the show.

Other videos show the crowd as they sang along with Arthur’s hit songs.

In other pictures taken, McGregor can be seen enjoying drinks at his pub The Black Forge Inn.

“A great day and night at @theblackforgeinn with @jamesarthur23 and team,” he captioned the social media post.

“An amazing musical performance by the lads along with the excellent hospitality my Black Forge Inn is renowned for and you’ve the perfect recipe for a great day and night! Good luck in the future James we are with you all the way my man.”

“Thank you for the visit and thank you for the kind words,” he added.

“Thank you so much champ. You’re the realest,” the singer responded.

Arthur also shared snaps to social media of a visit he made to the pub before his show.

“Thank you so much @thenotoriousmma and your incredible staff at the @theblackforgeinn for your hospitality today the food and drink was some of the best we’ve ever had,” his post on Instagram began.

“Best stout in the game! I’ve been an admirer of this man and what he’s been able to achieve in his career and continues to achieve despite all the naysayers.”

“I’ve followed his journey for over 10 years and have been inspired by him as I felt our stories aligned in a lot of ways,” he continued.

“It was truly an honour to sit down and talk to the man in person today. He is as cool and as charismatic as you would think but also very humble. A proper man.”

“Thanks again mate,” he continued.

“Hope me and the band can put on an entertaining show for you tonight in Dublin!”

“Top man James!,” McGregor’s response today.

“Pleasure to meet you at the spot today! Looking forward to tonight, the final show of your tour! The best for last baby let’s go!”
