LA-based Kevin Ryan is back home and full of chat about filming here with legendary screen beauty Jane Seymour.

Dubliner Kevin can't believe his luck working with the former Bond girl, who looks stunning at the age of 70, and Amy Huberman.

"She's the best," Kevin tells the Sunday World, about his time shooting the new TV series Harry Wild with Jane.

And he shares an exclusive snap here with Jane, Amy and fellow Irish actress Rose O'Neill.

"What a start to filming our new TV series Harry Wild," raves Kevin. "With each new gig comes a special family and here are the new girls in my life. They are all A-1!"

Filming of the eight-part series, to be released next year, has been taking place in Wicklow and Dublin in recent weeks.

It sees Seymour playing Harriet Wild, a retired English professor who takes an interest in the criminal cases assigned to her police detective son Charlie.

"From the first moment I read the script, I fell in love with Harry Wild and was beyond excited to head to Ireland and step into the role of this very curious and passionate retired professor," Seymour said.

"This has been the longest time I was away from home, having been trapped like the masses from the affects of Covid-19," he tells us.

"LA's grand but you stay there too long you end up trying to click your heels like Dorothy; no place like home," he says.

"Seeing family was a big thing for me, there's great security and familiarity in that, a sense of normality which I feel we are all searching for." But he had to quarantine when he arrived home last month.
