Vogue Williams has told how she lasted until lunchtime on her first day of a juice diet before it made her feel “so ill”.

Speaking to her comedian pal Joanne McNally on the podcast My Therapist Ghosted Me, Vogue explained that she has a very set routine and blending her food didn't agree with her.

She said: "I did a juice diet once, well when I say I did a juice diet, I honestly lasted until lunchtime.

"You know what I'm like with food, I'm quite healthy but I have to eat as soon as I open my eyes and it's only half 11 now..I've had lunch, I've already had a sandwich..I have to eat loads.

"But I did the juice diet and I felt so ill and I got such bad headaches and I hadn't even hit 11 o'clock.

"I was like, 'I can't do this. I can't drink that cold sh*te going into my mouth the whole time'.

"Just have a bit of crunch in your mouth. I don't want to do a juice diet."

McNally said: "But it's such a cod. Why would you blend down real food and then drink it? Just eat the real food."

The pair also talked about the effect things said online can still have on people years later.

"I don't think that what people said ten years ago should have an impact on themselves now,” Vogue (35) said.

"I just hate the way people can be mean all the time."

Joanne said: "People lose their minds online. People are carrying a lot of hate around with them these days."

Vogue replied: "People do carry a lot of hate. I just don't understand it.

"I don't hate anyone because I feel like it's too much effort to hate somebody else."

Joanne added: "Hate is a mirror. I said it before.

"If you hate someone it's because they have something you want or they trigger some feeling in you that you can't process or don't understand.

"That's literally what it is. Hate is a mirror."
