A video has appeared on Conor McGregor’s Instagram page showing the UFC star smoking a 'small cigarette' while cheering on Katie Taylor.

The Dubliner spent the weekend partying with pals in the south of France where he was also seen enjoying his own-brand Proper 12 whiskey.

In one short clip the Notorious puffs away as he sings: “Don’t stop, yeah, yeah, you got the world looking in..”

He then faces the camera as he inhales the smoke and adds: “Let them look. Give them something to look at there..

He then declares: “Come Katie Taylor, bring it home to us."

Fans pointed out that McGregor had previously vowed to cut back on his partying as he prepares for his return to the Octagon later this year.

One wrote: "Training going well I see."

Another said: "I thought Conor said he was going to stop drinking to focus on training four months ago."

McGregor recently shared a photo of himself smoking on social media to celebrate 420 Day and cannabis culture.

The UFC star marked the annual marijuana holiday, which takes place every year on April 20, by posting a snap of him lounging on a couch while blowing out a cloud of smoke

“Happy 420 day,” he wrote as he added a shamrock emoji alongside a gust of wind emoji

The Dubliner revealed last year that he owned a hemp farm in Eugene, Oregon, which he claims is the “best hemp farm in the USA.”

Over the weekend McGregor took his new €3.1m Lamborghini Tecnomar 63 yacht out for a spin on the water with his family, calling it “the supercar of the sea.”

The UFC star officially took ownership of the 63-foot-long vessel on Friday after seven months of waiting for the vessel to be ready.

His fiancée Dee Devlin joined him in Monaco to mark the occasion and brought along their three children: Conor Jr (4), Croía (3), and baby Rían, who the couple welcomed last May.

McGregor admitted that he was still “trying to find the words” to express his delight as he shared the first photo of the yacht on his Instagram page on Sunday.

In the snap, the Dubliner can be seen admiring his new toy as it sat docked in the marina.

Later that evening, he posted a series of photos of him taking the yacht out for a drive on the Mediterranean Sea.

McGregor looked the part of captain as he wore an orange and blue striped Ralph Lauren polo shirt worth €119, a pair of white shorts, and a boater hat.

Other photos showed the boat sailing along the turquoise sea as well as Dee and the kids waving to McGregor from the yacht’s upper deck.

He then shared a professional compilation video of the yacht’s first time at sea, where he can be seen speeding along behind the wheel with an entourage beside him.

The father-of-three was all smiles as he shouted with glee with music blaring in the background.

Captioning the video, he wrote: “The Supercar of the Sea!”

McGregor previously referred to 4000-horsepowered, dual engine, twin turbo, “rocket ship” as the best purchase he has ever made.

“I am honoured to secure the Number 12 edition of just 63 to be made,” he revealed on Instagram last year. “1963 being the year Lamborghini first began, and 12 being, well you know twelve!

"Thank you Giuseppe Constantino and the entire team at “The Italian Sea Group” for your amazing work! Excited to see the finished result during next season's yachting season.”

When later asked by MMA journalist, Aaron Bronsteter, what was the best purchase he ever made, McGregor said: “I would say my Lamborghini yacht.

“It's currently in Italy at the minute. It's ready for post-fight. I've a bit of work to be done after this bout, across the United States, and then I go to Italy. I'm going to christen my son in Italy with the family and some friends, and then I'm going to pick up my Lamborghini yacht.

“It's some vessel so I'm really excited to get into it and rally it around. I look forward to setting records on it also."
