Kerry Katona has hit back angrily at social media trolls who made nasty comments after she revealed her car was stolen.

Kerry said she was left traumatised after her car was stolen in the Oldham, Manchester area - with many of her family’s Christmas presents still inside.

The former Atomic Kittens star said that the theft had brought back memories of a previous burglary.

But some followers claimed the robbery was “convenient” given that the SUV was set to be raffled, with many tickets already sold.

“To everybody with regards to the raffle, I’m really devastated about that. I’ve not heard back off the police yet. I was on the phone constantly to them yesterday,” she said on Instagram stories.

“I don't know what’s going to happen. I’m absolutely gutted, I really wanted to help change somebody’s life. Hopefully we’ll get it back.

She added: “In this day and age everything that’s gone on with the hashtag be kind, I still can’t believe some of the nasty comments people go around saying.

“I mean it’s a reflection on them as a person. It’s just really sad. I’m glad I’m strong enough to handle it.”

Kerry and her family were left stranded in a shopping centre after the theft, which has been reported to police.

She earlier told how she saw the thieves drive away in her car, which triggered memories of a previous burglary in her home.

“It’s just that I remember when I got burgled and three masked men came in my house and Heidi was only a baby, it just triggered me, brought loads of memories back.”

Kerry broke down in tears as she shared a video on Instagram in the aftermath of her car being stolen.

“My car has been stolen. I'm in Oldham,” she began a video she recorded from inside a sports shop at Elk Mill Shopping Park where the car was taken from.

“I’m with Heidi and my daughter DJ. Two blokes have stolen my car. It’s a private reg with Katona.”

The 41-year-old pleaded with her Instagram followers to contact the police if they saw her unique car.

“If anyone sees it please ring the police, it’s got all Christmas presents in the back. It’s got a Louis Vuitton bag in the back, it’s got iPads in the back. So, if anybody finds it, please, please, ring the police.”

"Absolute b****rds who have done it, we come to do some shopping with the children and they've took the car,” she continued.

“We’ve rang the police, I’m stranded. The lovely people in the shop are being so nice.”

“It’s a private reg with Katona, if anyone sees it in the Oldham area, please ring the police and it’s blue.

“Did you see me run after him? I just chased him, I didn’t know what to do, I just ran and ran and ran,” she said through tears to someone off camera.

“So, if anybody finds it or sees it, everyone knows my car. It’s an SVR, it’s blue with a reg plate of KA17ONA.”

"It's got Christmas presents in the back. it’s just a car at the end of the day but I’m really angry. The kids' iPads are in the back. Please, everybody, look out for it.”

Kerry shared an image of her shiny blue car captioned: “MY CAR HAS BEEN STOLEN. PLEASE SHARE!! Oldham Area / Taken from Elk Mill Shopping Park.”

“BLUE SUV RANGE ROVER REG: KA17 ONA, PLEASE CALL POLICE IF YOU SEE IT.”

It comes just days after it was revealed she purchased a Lamborghini with the proceeds of her OnlyFans career.

It was revealed earlier this year that the former pop star has made over £1 million since she began selling racy snaps on the site.

“It's been amazing for my career, I haven't stopped working. When I first did it I said to the kids 'I'm going to do this, and I'm going to go topless - if anyone has any problems, let me know',” she said, explaining how her daughters have also reaped the benefits.

"Our Lilly said she wasn't happy about it, and I said 'wait until the money comes in and see how you feel about it then.' And once the money did start coming in they all had an iPad each and they had no problems! I've bought myself a Lamborghini Urus too, which comes in March."
