"Our actual wedding day will be early this summer but we feel very lucky to have had a beautiful start to the celebrations"
Taking to Instagram, the 29-year-old shared a glimpse into her big day as she told her 86,000 followers that she had tied the knot.
“Yesterday, myself and John got legally married in front of our immediate families.
“It was the most special day,” she continued.
“Our actual wedding day will be early this summer but we feel very lucky to have had a beautiful start to the celebrations yesterday.
“Thank you for all the messages.”
She also shared a reel showing off the details of her stunning white wedding suit which she paired with a hat, white YSL bag and platform heels.
In the video she also gave her followers a short glimpse at her new husband John, who she never normally shows off online.
The clip showed the pair dancing together, but does not show her partner’s face.
During an Instagram Q&A, Bonnie previously said that she would not share pictures of John online on their wedding day.
“No, most likely not. I’m not waiting on a big moment to ‘reveal’ him or anything. We just keep our relationship offline.
“This is the job I chose but it’s not for him, it’s the most special thing in my life and I take keeping it private very seriously.”
“That’s not to say I don’t love seeing other couples and relationships but it’s just not what's right for us,” she added.
Earlier today she shared a picture of her outfit with the caption “4.3.22” hinting that she had married her beau.
Bonnie and John got engaged during a trip to New York in November 2019, just a few months after buying their first home together.
They were originally supposed to get married in 2021 but decided to postpone their big day until 2022 due to Covid restrictions.
It is understood that the notoriously private couple have been together for over a decade.
