Conor McGregor has posted a picture of himself with his son, Conor Junior, on social media this afternoon to announce that a little baby brother is on the way.

Under the image shared on Instagram, the UFC star (32) has written, "Discussing entities with my son Conor Jr.

"We are super excited for his little brother to join the team in a few weeks. The McGregor Brothers or how 'bout this... McGregor and Son."

Three-year-old Conor Junior, the couple's first child, and daughter Croia who arrived two years ago are currently enjoying the sunshine in Dubai with mum Dee Devlin as dad prepares for his third fight with Dustin Poirier on July 10.

On Friday, McGregor shared a picture and message on Instagram, demonstrating how he expects to beat his rival when they meet for the trilogy bout at a location still to be determined.

“The prediction is in!” McGregor wrote. “I’m going to win the trilogy fight via a front kick to the nose. Round number 4. His nose needs straightenin’ and I’m rhinoplasty.”

McGregor defeated Poirier by first-round TKO in a featherweight bout at UFC 178 in September 2014. Poirier got one back with a second-round TKO victory in their rematch at lightweight at UFC 257 this past January. A trilogy bout was immediately discussed in the aftermath of that bout by Poirier, McGregor, and UFC President Dana White.

In recent weeks, McGregor has been in full hype mode for the July 10 matchup, boasting that he will “absolutely f*cking destroy” Poirier and challenging Poirier to “meet in the middle” of the octagon on fight night.

It's a much different prediction to the one he gave for their January rematch when he claimed he would beat Poirier inside 60 seconds.

But McGregor was left shocked after Poirier stopped him in the second round of their Abu Dhabi bout.
