Britney Spears has posed naked in a series of snaps posted on her Instagram page as she celebrated her legal victory over her father.

The pop superstar appears with only pink flower emojis protecting her modesty while in other photos covers her chest with her hands after going topless on the beach.

The 39-year-old captioned the post: “Playing in the Pacific never hurt anybody.”

In a separate video shared with her more than 34 million followers, Spears is seen relaxing on a boat with fiancé Sam Asghari which she captions: “A beautiful day here in paradise celebrating.”

However, some eagle-eyed fans appeared to spot some photoshopping with one pointing out that the bathtub Britney posed in front of appeared curved, which means the photos were edited.

One fan wrote: "Are we all just ignoring the blatant photoshopping?"

Another commented: "The bathtub.”

Another added: "Britney you need to work on your photoshop skills yikes. Looking glam tho."

When one fan asked "what's up with the uneven flooring and tub," one Instagram user replied: "We're gonna ignore it."

Spears has been celebrating in after a judge in Los Angeles suspended her father from his role overseeing her money.

Jamie Spears strongly protested against his removal from the conservatorship that has controlled the star’s life since 2008.

However, judge Brenda Penny ruled that Jamie’s continued involvement with complicated relationship with his daughter was no longer in the singer’s best interests.

“The current situation is not tenable,” Penny said at a courthouse hearing, adding that the current arrangement reflected a “toxic environment”.

A certified public accountant will take over as temporary conservator of the estate. Mathew Rosengart, Britney Spears’s attorney, has called for a hearing for full termination within 30 to 45 days.

The decision comes three months after the pop star first publicly pleaded for her father to be removed, alleging that he had been abusive and saying, “He loved the control to hurt his own daughter.”

Jamie Spears has aggressively fought efforts to be removed and recently requested that the conservatorship be terminated entirely – a move that Britney Spears’s lawyer said was an effort “to avoid accountability and justice”.

A recent documentary also alleged that Jamie Spears had hired a security firm that was secretly monitoring his daughter’s phone, recording her conversations in her bedroom and watching fans who protested to end the conservatorship.

The case has sparked international outrage, and state and federal lawmakers are now considering major reforms to the conservatorship system. A large, fan-led #FreeBritney movement first drew public attention to the arrangement, and has recently held huge rallies in support of the pop star.

The move was met with jubilation from both Spears and her worldwide following.

She responded by saying she was on “cloud 9” while her fans celebrated outside the court building.
