This is the moment a Belfast woman, who was out doing her shopping, gives the passenger of a vehicle stopped by the PSNI a good earful.

The incident saw police forcibly stop a car in the Lenadoon area of the city and crowds gather as the police in an unmarked car collided with the rear of a vehicle in which a male and female were travelling in, before arresting the male driver.

The vehicle was stopped in broad daylight on Thursday outside a row of shops in the area.

As the police spoke to the female passenger and arrested the male driver, a lady carrying her shopping is seen approaching the female who was still sitting in the car at the time being spoken to by a police officer.

She clearly makes her thoughts heard to the passenger about what she thinks of antisocial behaviour in the area.

A PSNI spokesperson said: “A 33-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving whilst unfit, no insurance, driving whilst disqualified, failing to stop for police and dangerous driving and appeared in court on Friday, February 5th.

“The charges relate to an incident in the Lenadoon Avenue area of Belfast on February 4th.”
