The PSNI are appealing for information after a stabbing in the Sion Mills area of County Tyrone in the early hours of this morning.

The attack took place in the Main Street area of the town at around 8.45am this morning.

It was reported that a fight broke out in a property before spreading into the street .

Two men in their 30s and another in his 20s were taken to hospital for treatment after being injured.

Detective Sergeant Watkin of the PSNI said: “One man aged in his 30s and one man aged in his 20s have been arrested in relation to the incident.

“Enquiries are continuing to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident and we would appeal to anyone with any information in relation to the incident, to contact detectives on 101 quoting reference number 275 12/01/22.
