A man is due to appear in court charged with threatening Northern Ireland Health Minister Robin Swann.
The 44-year-old has been charged with making online threats to kill Mr Swann, as well as harassment and improper use of a telecommunications network.
He will appear at Newtownards Magistrate's Court today via video link.
Mr Swann has previously said abusive and offensive tweets have made him fear for his personal safety and that of his family.
It was reported to police on November 15 by Mr Swann that a series of tweets had been posted allegedly threatening him and his staff.
