The BudBox Pro XXL currently retails for just under €350 and is described as the 'most trusted name when it comes to indoor grow tents'
Close to local amenities, close to good schools and supermarkets.
These are all the things a west Belfast property has going for it, having been listed online with offers expected to reach £89,950.
However, the property has gone viral on social media for one of it's other rather 'unique' features inside the home.
In what appears to be the living quarters of the house stands a large black tent, with branding on it which reads 'BudBox Pro'.
There appears to be some kind of green material on the floor of the highly illuminated tent, but a water tray as well, suggesting that whatever the intended purpose of the 'BudBox', the person who erected it was using it to house some kind of exotic animal, possibly a lizard or snake.
That didn't stop the online rumour mill from going into overdrive, with many suggesting the contraption was being used for otherwise nefarious purposes.
One wrote: 'A perfect example of how everyone jumps to conclusions... that's for an iguana or some sort of exotic pet'.
Another said: 'Does it come furnished?'
'Seems like a good investment', another chimed in.
The BudBox Pro XXL currently retails for just under €350 and is described as the 'most trusted name when it comes to indoor grow tents'.
One online retailer described the tent as having a '25mm strong steel frame and a silver interior with multiple openings for the placement of air hoses.
'The Budbox Pro XXL is suitable for HPS lighting and comes with support bars and fastening straps, among other things. In this way you can hang a lamp or filter without any problems. On the inside, the grow tent is covered with silver Mylar material for an excellent reflection of the light.'
