Kerry GAA 2018 minor footballer of the year, Paul Walsh, has been snapped alongside Brazil legend Ronaldinho proudly displaying the green and gold colours of the Kingdom.

The Brosna GAA club man has been hanging out with the Brazilian superstar and even showed him a few tricks on the ball.

Kerry GAA tweeted the brilliant picture alongside the caption: “Look at our own Paul Walsh over visiting the one and only Ronaldinho! Paul you might mention to him that he could win a house in Kerry if he buys a ticket."

They include a link to the competition and add: "Then you could show him around the beautiful Kingdom."

The tweet tags Brosna GAA who added: “Fair play to Brosna GAA man @paulwalsh1201 who is hard at work on the other side of the world!”

They also include a link to a competition with the top prize of a VW Golf to “help in the redevelopment of our rural clubhouse”.

Fans have reacted in disbelief with one suggesting Paul was pictured with a Ronaldinho lookalike, while another adds: “He would be a handy sub for the game against Tyrone.”

Ronaldinho (41) was a star player for Brazil when the Seleção last won the World Cup back in 2002, while Paul’s footballing career is just getting going as the half-forward is still in his early 20s.

According to balls.ie, Ronaldinho invited the Brosna Gaelic footballer to his flat in Rio de Janeiro where “he found himself playing keepie-uppie's" with one of Brazil's greatest footballers this week.

“We were delighted to learn that Ronaldinho has an amazing table tennis table and a Heineken fridge in his house,” they added.
