Injuries Motorcylist rushed to hospital after collision with car in south Dublin

He was taken to St James’ Hospital to receive further treatment

A motorcyclist was rushed to hospital after a collision with a car in South Dublin yesterday evening.

The road traffic accident took place on the Crumlin Road just before 8pm on Saturday.

Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene, where the driver of the motorcycle, a man in his 40s, was treated for his injuries.

He was then taken to St James’ Hospital to receive further treatment.

A technical examination has since taken place.

Investigations are ongoing.
