Crash probe Man arrested in relation to fatal Dublin collision

Gardaí in Dublin have arrested a man in connection with a fatal road traffic collision and made a renewed appeal for witnesses to come forward. 

A man in his 20s is being detained as part of a probe into the crash that occurred in the early hours of Monday 21st of September in the Tallaght area.

The incident occurred between 12.15 and 12.45am on the N7 outbound in Kingswood, Co. Dublin and Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to the collision to come forward.

They are particularly keen to speak with drivers of HGVs and taxi drivers who may have been travelling this route also.

The have asked that any motorists who may have camera (including dash cam) footage that may assist in the investigation should make it available to Gardaí.

The man is currently being detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 in Clondalkin Garda Station.
