Huge haul Man arrested after gardai seize drugs worth €38,500 in Dublin flat
A Dublin man has been arrested after Gardai discovered €38,500 worth of drugs and cash in a city centre apartment.
The man in his early 20s, was taken into custody and the drugs seized, following the search of the premises on Thursday evening.
Gardai from Store Street carried out a targeted raid of the flat in Eastwall in Dublin 3.
During the search, officers uncovered a stash of cash, cocaine, MDMA powder, ecstasy tablets, cannabis and LSD.
Gardai estimate that the value of all drugs seized could reach €38,500, subject to a laboratory analysis.
The young man was arrested and is currently detained under Section 2, Criminal Justice Drug Trafficking Act 1996.
